By using BluePen AI you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. BluePen AI is a product of GPU Tech Private Limited, a company registered in Maharashtra, India.

2. Use of Service

BluePen AI is intended for educational use by students from Class 6 to Class 12 and their parents and teachers. You agree to use the service only for lawful educational purposes. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our AI models or content.

3. Subscription and Payments

BluePen AI is available on a subscription basis. Pricing is communicated clearly before purchase. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our refund policy (see our FAQ for details).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, software, branding, and materials associated with BluePen AI are the intellectual property of GPU Tech Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

BluePen AI is an AI-powered educational tool. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free. We are not liable for any educational outcomes. The service is provided as-is.
